2. Account Registration

3. Deposits & Payments

Meta88 accepts deposits via a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers from major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.
• If a deposit delay is not resolved within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.
• Meta88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

4. Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided their account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Withdrawal processing at meta88 is among the fastest in the industry, with a typical turnaround of 15 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the meta88 account holder.

• Under certain circumstances, meta88 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving a withdrawal.

• The outcome of all games is final. Meta88 will not alter or void the result of a completed game unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, meta88 will use server-side data to determine a fair outcome.
• Members are not permitted to use any software, tools, or strategies designed to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meta88 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Use of false information or another person's identity during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools that automate or manipulate gameplay.

If your account is suspended for a legitimate and verified reason, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded. However, if the closure is due to proven fraud, meta88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

9. Liability Limits

• Meta88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Meta88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Privacy & Personal Data

Meta88 only collects data necessary for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
